Thank you for shopping with The Stitching Gift. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1-3 business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing tracking throughout the delivery journey and confirmation of delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked, providing tracking throughout the delivery journey and online delivery confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 3–5 working days.
- Rest of the world: 5–7 working days.
Delivery Information
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in our shipping prices. You will not be asked to pay additional duties or import taxes upon delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Bahrain, Canada, New Zealand, Qatar, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
All postage costs, customs duties, and import taxes are included in the shipping price. There are no additional customs charges, import duties, or taxes to pay upon delivery.
We aim to make international shopping simple and hassle-free, with no unexpected fees or charges when your order arrives.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
